Cristina Galindo Frazzano is an American educator and school administrator known for her leadership in multilingual education and commitment to student success. She currently serves as a school administrator and K–5 Multilingual Coordinator in the Morris School District in Morristown, New Jersey.
Education
Galindo Frazzano earned her Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saint Joseph’s University in 1997. She later obtained a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Montclair State University in 2003. Demonstrating a continued commitment to professional growth, she completed the Bilingual/Bicultural Education Program at Montclair State University between 2021 and 2023.
Career
Galindo Frazzano began her career in education as an elementary school teacher in the Morris School District, serving from 1997 to 2008. In September 2008, she transitioned into administration, taking on the role of principal within the same district. Over her tenure, she has been instrumental in fostering a collaborative learning environment and upholding high standards of excellence, which she credits as key factors in promoting student success.
As a bilingual administrator, Galindo Frazzano has been a strong advocate for multilingual education, emphasizing the importance of inclusivity and cultural responsiveness in the classroom.
